His experience goes far beyond the academic. He has lived and worked in the United States and abroad, and is not only bilingual (in Spanish and English) at the professional level but is also culturally fluent across borders. Attorney Blatteis has worked in the headquarters office of Baker & McKenzie, the world’s largest international law firm, serves as a consulting attorney for various consulates (Peru and Mexico), and has worked as in house counsel for international engineering and construction firms (Pepe International and Amber Ridge, LLC). Apart from his international legal experience Attorney Blatteis has years of first hand international business experience working for IP, the world’s largest international paper company.
